Écoles
Oui. Toutes les écoles de Linguaschools organisent tout au long de l’année des activités en semaine et des excursions le week-end. Les activités varient d’une semaine à l’autre et le programme vous sera communiqué par l’école. Certaines activités sont gratuites et d’autres à prix réduits, couvrant juste les frais de transport, les tickets d’entrée, etc. Le programme décrit sur notre site est indicatif des activités et excursions que nous organisons régulièrement sans être ni exhaustif ni définitif, puisque nous établissons généralement les programmes d’activités hebdomadaires une semaine à l’avance seulement. Certaines activités nécessitent un nombre minimum de participants.
Oui, toutes nos écoles disposent d’une connexion Wi-Fi.
Oui, toutes nos écoles sont fermées les jours fériés. Veuillez consulter ici le calendrier des vacances scolaires. Il n’y aura donc pas cours les jours fériés. Les cours collectifs perdus du fait d’un jour férié ne sont généralement pas rattrapés, mais cela dépend de chaque école. Si 2 jours fériés tombent une même semaine, 1 journée de cours minimum sera rattrapée dans la semaine.
Veuillez consulter votre espace personnel pour savoir à quelle heure vous présenter à l’école. Si vous avez déjà des notions en espagnol, vous commencerez par passer un test de niveau pour que l’école puisse vous placer dans un groupe adapté.
Certaines écoles commencent par organiser une réunion de bienvenue et un petit tour du quartier avant le premier cours.
La plupart de nos écoles sont installées dans un bâtiment principal. Dans certains cas, les salles de classe sont réparties dans 2 ou plusieurs bâtiments.
Yes. Linguaschools schools have a mainly adult-focused learning environment, especially in our general group Spanish courses.
Most students in our general courses are adults with different ages, levels, nationalities and study goals. This includes short-stay language travellers, long-term students, university pathway students, exam-preparation students, expats, digital nomads and international residents.
In summer, we may have some students aged 16 or 17 at our schools, depending on the destination and the course. Individual students younger than 16 can usually book private Spanish lessons, depending on the school and availability.
We also welcome younger students in customised closed groups and school group travel programs.
Yes. All Linguaschools schools in Spain, Argentina and Costa Rica offer Spanish courses through schools accredited by Instituto Cervantes, either directly or through local academic partner schools.
Linguaschools Barcelona, Linguaschools Madrid and Linguaschools Granada are directly registered under their Linguaschools school names as Instituto Cervantes accredited centres. Other Linguaschools destinations, including schools in Spain, Argentina and Costa Rica, are connected to Instituto Cervantes accreditation through local academic partner schools or local accredited entities that form part of the Linguaschools network.
For other countries, accreditation and official recognition depend on the country and school. Some schools may be recognised by local education authorities, tourism bodies or other relevant organisations in their country.

Cours
Tous les cours sont dispensés du lundi au vendredi. La plupart de nos programmes débutent tous les lundis de l’année scolaire et il est hélas impossible d’intégrer un programme en milieu de semaine. Si un jour férié tombe un lundi, les cours commenceront le mardi. Pour certains programmes spécifiques, comme les programmes de préparation aux examens et les cours du soir, ainsi que pour les programmes réservés aux débutants complets, les dates de début des cours sont prédéfinies et dépendent de la destination choisie. Les cours individuels personnalisés sont plus flexibles.
L’heure de votre premier cours dépend de votre destination et vous sera communiquée sur votre espace personnel au plus tard 5 jours avant le début de votre séjour. En général, les cours commencent le matin entre 7h30 et 9h00 mais peuvent aussi avoir lieu l’après-midi.
En tant qu’établissements spécialisés dans l’enseignement de l’espagnol, toutes les écoles de Linguaschools accueillent tout au long de l’année de nombreux étudiants de différents niveaux. Nous sommes donc toujours en mesure de former des groupes d’étudiants d’un même niveau. Dans le cas exceptionnel où il n’y aurait aucun autre étudiant de votre niveau en espagnol, vous bénéficierez d’un nombre réduit de cours individuels à la place des cours collectifs.
En général, les cours collectifs ont lieu le matin entre 9h00 et 14h00 et l’après-midi entre 14h00 et 19h00. Les horaires dépendent des destinations et peuvent être modifiés pendant les périodes de haute saison.
Les diplômes d’espagnol DELE (Diplôme d’Espagnol comme Langue Étrangère) sont octroyés par l’Institut Cervantes et reconnus officiellement par le ministère espagnol de l’Éducation. Le DELE prévoit 6 niveaux de compétences conformes au Cadre européen commun de référence pour les langues (CECRL) : A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2.
Nous proposons des cours de préparation à cet examen et certaines de nos écoles sont également des centres d'examen officiels du DELE. Vous pourrez donc passer l’examen dans l’un de nos établissements. Veuillez nous contacter pour plus d’informations.
Le SIELE est un examen de maîtrise flexible et modulaire qui certifie le niveau des différentes compétences langagières en espagnol. Il est établi sur un système de points avec des équivalences sur les niveaux conformes au Cadre européen commun de référence pour les langues (CECRL) : A1, B2, B1, B2 et C1.
Nous proposons des cours de préparation à cet examen et certaines de nos écoles sont également des centres d'examen officiels du SIELE. Vous pourrez donc passer l’examen dans l’un de nos établissements. Veuillez nous contacter pour plus d’informations.
Si vous estimez que le groupe dans lequel vous avez été placé n’est pas adapté à votre niveau, commencez par en parler au secrétariat de l’école, qui se chargera d’en discuter avec votre professeur ou le directeur et vous fera part des possibilités de transfert dans un autre groupe.
Les étudiants de Linguaschools viennent de tous les horizons avec un bagage culturel et éducatif et des âges très variés. Que vous soyez étudiant à l’université ou que vous ayez quitté les bancs de l’école il y a longtemps déjà, vous vous sentirez immédiatement à l’aise dans nos écoles.
De juillet à septembre, il y a une plus forte proportion de jeunes (étudiants). Nos étudiants viennent du monde entier. Pour plus de détails quant à l’origine des étudiants, veuillez consulter les statistiques du mix de nationalités visibles sur la page de chaque destination.
Oui. Le dernier jour de cours, vous recevrez une attestation indiquant le nombre d’heures et de cours que vous avez suivi ainsi que le niveau d’espagnol que vous avez atteint. Veuillez noter que l’attestation de participation ne vous sera délivrée que si vous avez assisté à 80% des cours minimum.
Bien que ce ne soit pas très fréquent, nous avons constaté que d’autres écoles de langues ou universités ne suivent pas à la lettre le Cadre européen commun de référence pour les langues parce qu’elles donnent la priorité à certaines matières ou interprètent les critères différemment. Chez Linguaschools, nous évaluons toujours le niveau de compréhension à la lecture et à l’audition de nos étudiants, ainsi que leur capacité à utiliser l’espagnol activement à l’oral et à l’écrit. Vous aurez donc la garantie d’être placé dans un groupe d’étudiants ayant le même niveau que vous. Si vous avez des doutes, vous êtes libre d’en discuter avec le personnel de l’école ou votre professeur.
Chez Linguaschools, nous prônons l’immersion linguistique totale. En général, les cours sont donc donnés exclusivement en espagnol dès le départ, même pour les plus débutants. Cela pourra vous sembler difficile au début mais nos professeurs qualifiés et expérimentés vous aideront à comprendre avec des gestes et des dessins. Cette méthode très efficace vous permettra de progresser rapidement et d’utiliser activement la langue.
Logement
Oui, bien sûr. Nos logements sont disponibles pour les étudiants souhaitant utiliser ce service mais vous pouvez tout à fait trouver un logement par vous-même et ne réserver que le programme de cours d’espagnol.
Le tarif des logements inclut tous les frais liés à l’eau, le gaz, l’électricité, etc. Vous n’aurez donc pas de frais supplémentaires. Dans certains cas, une caution est demandée mais nous vous en informerons à l’avance. La caution vous sera rendue à la fin de votre séjour si aucun dégât n’a été constaté. Sauf mention contraire, la plupart de nos logements sont équipés d’une machine à laver mise gratuitement à disposition des étudiants.
Les logements sont automatiquement réservés du dimanche précédent le premier jour de cours au samedi suivant le dernier jour de cours. Vous pouvez rester dans votre logement plus longtemps sur demande, sous réserve de disponibilité et moyennant des frais supplémentaires par nuit. Veuillez noter qu’à Valence, vous pouvez arriver le samedi et qu’à Montañita et Tamarindo, vous pouvez partir le dimanche sans frais supplémentaires. Si vous souhaitez bénéficier de ce service, veuillez l’indiquer dans le formulaire d’inscription en ligne ou nous envoyer un e-mail.
Quel que soit le type de logement choisi, vous ne serez jamais à plus de 30 minutes de l’école. La distance entre le logement et l’école dépend de la destination. Certaines résidences étudiantes sont sur le site de l’école et certains appartements en colocation sont proches de l’école à pied, comme à Barcelone, Grenade, Salamanque et Malaga.
Les draps sont toujours fournis. Vous devrez par contre emmenez vos propres serviettes de bain, sauf indication contraire.
La demi-pension inclut le petit déjeuner et le dîner. La pension complète inclut le petit déjeuner, le lunch (à emporter) et le dîner.
Si, quelle qu’en soit la raison, vous n’êtes pas satisfait de votre logement, parlez-en au personnel de l’école. Les problèmes mineurs peuvent être résolus facilement. Si cependant vous n’êtes pas satisfait, sur la base d’un motif objectif, vous pourrez déménager si nous avons un logement similaire disponible. Dans certains cas, le changement de logement entraînera des frais supplémentaires.
Le tarif inclut généralement un service de nettoyage des zones communes, soit la salle de bain, la cuisine et le salon. L’entretien quotidien de l’appartement reste à charge des locataires (vaisselle, sortie des poubelles, etc.).
Oui. Veillez toutefois à nous le signaler à l’avance pour que nous puissions prendre les dispositions nécessaires.
Cela dépend de chaque destination et de chaque famille. Certaines familles d’accueil ne peuvent accueillir qu’un seul étudiant alors que d’autres en accueillent 2 ou 3 en même temps. Afin de garantir une immersion linguistique totale, nous évitons toujours que des étudiants de même nationalité séjournent dans la même famille d’accueil.
Dans la plupart des familles d’accueil et des appartements en colocation, les chambres ne se ferment pas à clé. Les chambres se ferment généralement à clé dans les résidences étudiantes.
Séjourner en famille d’accueil ne vous prive ni de votre intimité ni de votre indépendance ; vous pourrez entrer et sortir librement. Nous vous demandons toutefois d’être respectueux, de ne pas perturber le sommeil de vos hôtes et de les prévenir si vous prévoyez de ne pas manger à la maison.
Oui. Tous les logements disposent d’une connexion Wi-Fi, à l’exception de certaines familles d’accueil à Montañita.
Oui, tous les logements ont de l’eau chaude. Cependant, l’accès à l’eau chaude peut être assez restreint dans certaines familles d’accueil à Montañita.
Oui, toutes les destinations vous donnent la possibilité d’arriver tard le soir, à l’exception de Barcelone et Valence qui imposent une heure limite au-delà de laquelle vous pourriez devoir payer des frais supplémentaires ou réserver un transfert depuis l’aéroport.
Dans les appartements en colocation et les résidences étudiantes, les étudiants ont toujours accès à la cuisine et à un frigo.
En famille d’accueil, l’utilisation de la cuisine n’est en général pas autorisée. Vous y aurez éventuellement accès pour vous préparer de petits encas.
Visa
Les étudiants de l’Union européenne n’ont pas besoin de visa pour partir apprendre l’espagnol en Espagne.
Les étudiants munis d’un passeport étranger (États-Unis, Canada, Brésil, Japon et Corée) peuvent séjourner en Espagne sans visa pour une durée de trois mois maximum. Ceux qui souhaitent rester plus de trois mois doivent obtenir un visa étudiant (type D) avant leur arrivée en Espagne.
Les étudiants venant d’autres pays doivent se renseigner auprès de l’ambassade espagnole ou du consulat le plus proche pour connaitre les modalités relatives à l’obtention d’un visa. Linguaschools peut fournir une lettre d’acceptation officielle pour aider les étudiants à obtenir leur visa.
Cela dépend du pays d’émission de votre passeport et de la destination choisie. Nous conseillons à tous les étudiants de se renseigner sur les exigences en matière d’entrée dans le pays qui les intéresse. Vous pourrez obtenir des informations utiles et actuelles auprès de l’ambassade ou consulat de votre pays dans le pays de destination. N’hésitez pas à consulter leur site internet régulièrement mis à jour. Veuillez nous contacter si vous avez des questions ou des doutes.
Vous trouverez la liste des ambassades et des consulats espagnols dans le monde entier sur le site internet du ministère espagnol des Affaires étrangères. Vous pouvez également consulter Embassy Finder pour localiser l’ambassade ou le consulat le plus proche.
Nous vous enverrons une lettre d’acceptation officielle une fois que vous aurez réglé le montant total de votre séjour linguistique, soit le programme de cours et le logement. Nous pouvons vous envoyer gratuitement une photocopie numérique de la lettre d’acceptation par e-mail. Si vous avez besoin du document original, nous pouvons vous l’envoyer par courrier ou courrier express. Les frais d’envoi seront à votre charge.
Vous devrez nous en informer au plus vite possible en nous envoyant par e-mail une copie de la lettre stipulant le refus. Dans certains cas, nous pourrons faire appel de la décision et/ou vous aider à obtenir le visa. Si votre demande est définitivement refusée, vous devrez annuler votre réservation et serez intégralement remboursé, hors quelques frais administratifs très limités. For a long-term study visa or study stay authorization in Spain, students need to enrol in a full-time, visa-eligible course. For Spanish language courses, the minimum course intensity is 20 lessons per week.
The most common Linguaschools options for student visa purposes are the Intensive 20 Spanish course, long-term Intensive 20 options and the University Pathway Programs.

Start as early as possible. Visa appointment availability, processing times and required documents can vary by country and consulate.
As a general rule, we recommend preparing your application several months before your planned course start date. Some Spanish consulates indicate that applications should be submitted at least two months before the beginning of the study program, but students should always check the current rules for their own consulate.

Afin de confirmer votre inscription, le versement d’un acompte de 250 EUR vous sera demandé. Le solde peut être payé à l’avance ou à l’école le premier jour. Si le montant total de votre séjour s’élève à moins de 250 EUR, vous ne payerez bien entendu que ce montant afin de confirmer votre réservation. Une fois inscrit, vous recevrez votre nom d’utilisateur et mot de passe pour vous connecter à votre espace personnel, depuis lequel vous pourrez effectuer les paiements en toute sécurité via notre système de paiement en ligne sécurisé.
Oui. Nous collaborons avec de nombreux professeurs et agences de voyages afin d’organiser des séjours linguistiques pour des groupes d’étudiants. Veuillez nous contacter afin que nous puissions vous communiquer nos tarifs de groupes.
Votre inscription sera confirmée lorsque nous aurons reçu le montant de l’acompte. Vous recevrez un e-mail de Linguaschools, dans les 24h (jour ouvrable) suivant votre inscription, vous donnant accès à votre espace personnel en ligne : my.linguaschools.com. Vous y retrouverez le récapitulatif de votre réservation. Vous pourrez également effectuer le test de niveau et y indiquer les informations relatives à votre arrivée le cas échéant. Les informations concernant votre logement et l’heure du début des cours vous seront communiquées sur votre espace personnel au plus tard 5 jours avant le début de votre séjour linguistique.
L’essentiel est que nous sachions si vous avez ou non des notions en espagnol. Si vous indiquez que vous êtes débutant, vous intégrerez un groupe d’étudiants qui n’ont aucune notion en espagnol. Si vous indiquez un autre niveau, vous serez soumis à un test de niveau, en ligne ou le premier jour de cours. Vous serez également testé à l’oral le jour de votre arrivée à l’école. Cela nous permettra de vous placer dans un groupe adapté à votre niveau.
Votre espace personnel regroupe toutes les informations relatives à votre réservation. Vous y trouverez également toutes les informations importantes relatives à votre logement et votre programme, notamment l’heure de votre premier cours. Depuis votre espace personnel, vous pourrez aussi réaliser des paiements en ligne sécurisés.
Voyage
Vous trouverez toutes les informations relatives à l’école sur votre espace personnel, notamment l’adresse et les différentes options pour y arriver depuis votre logement. Vous y recevrez également, au plus tard 5 jours avant le début de votre séjour, toutes les informations concernant votre logement et vos cours. Si vous avez des questions ou des doutes, n’hésitez pas à nous contacter.
Le transfert depuis l’aéroport est un service additionnel que vous pouvez réserver en même temps que votre logement. Un chauffeur viendra vous chercher à l’aéroport et vous déposera directement à votre logement. Veuillez noter que ce service comprend uniquement un aller simple jusqu’à votre logement depuis l’aéroport, la gare ou la gare des bus.

Accommodation is reserved by default from the Sunday before your course starts until the Saturday after your course ends.
Courses usually start on Monday and end on Friday. If Monday is an official holiday and the school is closed, your course usually starts on Tuesday.
Espagnol &
Si les conditions météorologiques ne permettent pas la pratique du surf, l’école vous proposera une alternative. Selon votre destination, l’école vous proposera de déplacer les cours de surf, de participer à un autre programme ou de vous rembourser.
Tout le matériel est fourni pendant le cours de surf, mais vous pouvez tout de même ammener votre propre matériel si vous le souhaitez.
Les cours du programme Espagnol & danse sont adaptés à tous les niveaux. Veuillez indiquer votre niveau dans le formulaire d’inscription.
Vous pouvez emporter votre propre guitare. Si vous n’en n’avez pas, vous pourrez en louer une à l’école toute la durée de votre séjour linguistique et pourrez ainsi vous entrainer chez vous.
Normalement, vous pourrez prolonger la durée de votre séjour Espagnol & une fois sur place. Veuillez préalablement consulter le personnel de l’école. Si déjà avant votre départ, vous envisagez de prolonger votre séjour Espagnol &, veuillez l’indiquer dans le formulaire d’inscription afin que nous puissions en tenir compte.
Spanish & local experience programs combine a Spanish course with a destination-specific activity or local experience. Depending on the destination, this may include options such as surf, dance, flamenco, culture, cooking, yoga, diving or other local experiences.
These programs are designed for students who want to combine Spanish lessons with an activity connected to the destination. Availability, schedules and included services vary by destination and program.
Spanish & local experiences programs vary by destination. Some options are strongly linked to a specific location, such as surf in San Sebastián or Tamarindo, flamenco in Granada, or local cultural experiences in selected cities.

Spanish & local experiences are designed as add-ons to a Linguaschools Spanish course. They are normally booked together with your course, so you can combine language learning with a local activity or cultural experience.
Bourses d’étude
Oui, les programmes Intensif 30 et Intensif 20+10 de la plupart de nos écoles sont reconnus dans plusieurs régions du Bildungsulaub. Cliquez ici pour savoir quelles écoles sont reconnues par quelles régions. Veuillez noter que le Bildungsurlaub n’est accordé qu’aux citoyens allemands.
Oui, toutes les écoles de Linguaschools sont reconnues par le CSN. Veuillez contacter le CSN pour recevoir le formulaire adéquat. Nous vous enverrons une confirmation de réservation signée une fois votre inscription terminée et l’acompte de 250 EUR versé.
Nous vous conseillons de postuler au minimum 5 semaines avant le début de votre séjour. La procédure du CSN prenant en général 3 semaines, entre le moment où vous envoyez votre demande et celui où vous recevez le montant de la bourse, prévoir un délai de 5 semaines vous donnera le temps nécessaire pour payer le restant du programme et les frais de logement.
Veuillez noter que le CSN n’est accordé qu’aux citoyens suédois.
Destinations
Linguaschools Barcelona is located in central Barcelona, between Plaza Catalunya and Sagrada Familia, in an area with cafés, shops, restaurants and public transport connections nearby.
The school is divided over two central buildings, both with bright classrooms and student spaces. Depending on your course, level and timetable, your lessons may take place in either building. The school team will give you the practical information you need before your course starts.
Yes. Barcelona is a bilingual city where both Spanish and Catalan are part of daily life, but students can still practise Spanish every day.
Spanish is widely spoken in shops, cafés, cultural activities, public services and everyday situations. In class, Linguaschools Barcelona teaches Spanish in Spanish, so students follow a full Spanish immersion approach while also experiencing the local bilingual culture of Barcelona.
Yes. Linguaschools Barcelona offers evening Spanish lessons for students who live, work or study in the city and want to improve their Spanish outside regular daytime course hours.
The evening group course is called Extensive 4. It is a semi-intensive Spanish course with 4 lessons per week, designed for students who want a regular Spanish course with a lighter weekly schedule.
This option is especially useful for expats, Erasmus students, digital nomads and international residents in Barcelona.
